How to Grow Lotus Plants at Home: Easiest Way

Step 1: Scarify the Seeds

• When using a hammer, be gentle to avoid damaging the seed inside. Prepare all seeds in this manner.

Step 2: Soak the Seeds

• Take two glasses and fill them with clean water.

2. Soak the Seeds:

• Put four to five seeds in each glass. Seeds that float are infertile and should be discarded.

• Place the glasses in a bright location away from direct sunlight for 3 to 4 days.

• Change the water daily until the lotus seeds begin to sprout.
